Roberto Ponceleon is an esteemed global general management and finance executive with expertise spanning the Big 4 and corporate finance sectors, consistently bringing about transformative changes within organizations. A proud alumnus of Universidad Santa Maria in Caracas, Venezuela, Roberto holds a B.S. in Accounting and has further enriched his knowledge at the esteemed Harvard Business School, partaking in both the Management Executive Program and the Strategic CFO Executive Program.

His impressive trajectory at Hillrom (Now Baxter) saw him transition from Finance Director overseeing the LATAM and U.S. exporters market to Brazil General Manager to then a Senior Global Finance Director role in Front Line Care (a global business unit). Roberto’s visionary leadership has been instrumental in orchestrating business metamorphoses, tapping into lucrative M&A opportunities, develop new products and reversing declining trajectories to pave the path for consistent and sustainable growth.

In his current role as Global General Managing Partner at CDI MED, LLC., Roberto takes the helm, directing the company’s multifaceted operations, instilling a spirit of unity across departments, and shaping the firm’s strategic journey to achieve its ambitious goals, drawing upon his decades of experience in financial and strategic terrains.

His affiliations with premier organizations like Warner Music Group, Stryker Corporation, Seaboard Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Deloitte & Touche bolster his esteemed stature in finance.

Outside the rigors of corporate Finance, Roberto brings his keen insight to the content advisory council for the Harvard Business Review, where his contributions play a crucial role in steering the content narrative.

Now, recognizing the profound importance of service and community engagement, Roberto is channeling his financial prowess and leadership capabilities to serve as a board member at Assistance to the Elderly.
