Michael V. Arroyave is an attorney that focuses his practice on the areas of probate, trust, and guardianship law, as well as related litigation and estate planning. He has successfully litigated multi-million dollar disputes. Michael has also drafted appellate briefs that have resulted in the reversal of the trial court and the establishment of legal precedent. As an estate planner, he has assisted individuals in carrying out their testamentary intentions and implemented strategies that reduced or eliminated potential tax liability.
He received his B.S. in Management from Tulane University and his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law. Michael also received a legal masters degree (LL.M.) from the University of Miami School of Law’s Heckerling Graduate Program in Estate Planning. He is a graduate of the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Michael currently resides in Coconut Grove with his wife. He enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and donating his time and resources to various charities.
