MEMORY CARE PROGRAM
Residential Plaza’s Memory Care Program provides an affordable 24-hour specialized care, based on the Montessori for Aging and Dementia Program, in a home-like environment for adults with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia-related disorders.
Our residents enjoy living in a home-like environment, surrounded by a safe and caring atmosphere; our personalized approach helps our residents to stay physically and socially engaged, improving their confidence and self-esteem.

Assistance to the Elderly is a non-profit that enables low-income, vulnerable older adults to lead meaningful and dignified lives by facilitating education, advocacy, and acting as a liaison between them and services and care in or community. Assistance to the Elderly ensures that low-income older adults find the care option that meets their physical, emotional, and financial needs.

Florida is second to California with the largest older adult population in the country, ten years ahead from the national trend with more people 65+ than 0-17 years old. This new reality is shaping our communities, our economy, and politics.

ATTE was established in 1999 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization to provide services and care for older adults in our community. In 2002, we acquired a facility to provide assisted living to low-income seniors directly. Two years later, we launched our Rental Assistance Program to help residents afford the assisted living services they need. In 2005, ATTE Clinical Staffing was established to expand home health and nursing services to low-income older adults. By 2015, we celebrated our 25th anniversary and implemented a formal Person-Centered Care Program across Memory Care services.
Today, as we mark 35 years of service, we’re continuing to invest in the future, currently undertaking a capital improvement campaign to rehabilitate and modernize Residential Plaza’s first floor, creating a safer, more welcoming environment for the residents and families who call it home.
